APPLICATION PROCEDURE AND CLOSING DATE FOR UNDERGRADUATE DEGREES
Local Pre-Service Applicants
For Local Pre-Service Applicants (Brunei Darussalam Yellow and Purple I.C. holders), You are required to apply online through both the HECAS and the UBD Online Admissions Application System (OASys).
Other Applicants (Fee-Paying and International Applications)
You are required to apply and submit your application via online through the new Online Admissions Application System (OASys).
