Admission Requirement

To enrol in this programme, applicants must satisfy the following entry requirements:

APPLICATIONS WITH ‘A’ LEVEL QUALIFICATION

160 points or more for two (2) ‘A’ Level, OR

200 points or more for three (3) ‘A’ Level in relevant subjects

APPLICANTS WITH INTERNATIONAL BACCALAUREATE (IB) QUALIFICATION

IB Diploma, OR IB Certificate; AND

24 points or more with a minimum 5 points each, in at least two relevant subjects taken at high level, or 5, 5, 4 for three relevant subjects taken at high level.

APPLICANTS WITH HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA (HND) OR EQUIVALENT QUALIFICATION

Any relevant HND or equivalent from institution recognised by senate, AND

5 Merits of core modules excluding Communication Skills

APPLICANTS WITH THE FIRST YEAR BACHELOR DEGREE

Passes the first year bachelor degree from institutions recognised by senate would be considered on a case-by-case basis.

MATURE APPLICANTS

At least 25 years of age on the date of admission to the degree programme

At least one (1) ‘A’ Level pass or equivalent in relevant subjects

At least 5 years of working experience in related field.

MALAY LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT

At least a numerical grade of six in Malay Language at GCE ‘O’ Level.

ENGLISH LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT

At least a numerical grade of six in English Language at GCE ‘O’ Level, OR grade ‘B’ or better in IGCSE English (as a Second Language), OR an IELTS score of 6.0 or better, OR TOEFL minimum overall score of 550 or equivalent.
