Aims:
This module aims to give a clear understanding about Brunei Darussalam’s history and kingship system. At the end of this module students are expected to be able to explain the concepts of government and kingship; elaborate on the history of kingship in Brunei Darussalam; differentiate between Brunei’s system of kingship with other systems around the region; able to write reports relating to Brunei’s kingship system; and analyze contributing factors to the preservation of kingship in Brunei.
