Dr Haji Tassim Bin Haji Abu Bakar, the Deputy Director/ Senior Lecturer at Academy of Brunei Studies, UBD and 54 undergraduates students of PB-2309 Culture Heritage of Kampong Ayer Brunei module visited Brunei Muara District Department on 11 March 2016.

During the visit, briefing was given by Awang Misle Bin Haji Abd Karim, Acting Brunei Muara District Officer and by officers from the Institute of Mukim and Village Section and Kampong Ayer Section.

The aim of visit is to provide the students with an in-depth exposure of the historical and cultural development of Kampong Ayer, as one of the important centre of knowledge, religion, economic, commercial and cultural activities.
